General Manager - Janine Rose

Janine took over the reigns as General Manager on commencement of the new facility at Otway Estate in 2006. A Geelong girl, Janine studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing) and worked in the IT industry for nearly 20 years before moving into tourism and hospitality.

Tony is not only Sales Manager but part owner of Otway Estate and Prickly Moses.

Tony is a man who likes to get things done.  

Born and bread in Apollo Bay and now based in Melbourne, Tony heads up our sales team and is constantly on the road speaking with our retail outlet partners where he spreads the Prickly Moses love.  Without him, you'd find it pretty hard to find a Prickly Moses Handcrafted Beer. Likewise, if you're a pub, club, bottle shop or restaurant and you'd like to stock Prickly Moses Handcrafted Beer, Tony is your man.

Luke "Hollywood" Scott is the resident pin up boy and Head Brewer. Luke started life as a chemical engineer before commencing brewing with Carlton and United in 2000. Luke then travelled to Europe before working as head brewer at Potters Brewery in NSW prior to returning to Victoria to take up a position at Otway Estate.

Luke has a passion for beer and the history of beer - using this passion to create unique handcrafted beers.

 It could easily be said that Hendo is living the dream as part of the Prickly Moses Handcrafted Beer crew.  A former IT consultant and tour guide, Hendo has successfully made the transition to professional brewer having completed the Graduate Diploma of Brewing and the University of Ballarat.  Bringing his wealth of business knowledge as well as passion for great beer, he is constantly seen concocting something new and exciting off our pilot brewery ready to take to the craft beer lover.  Pay us a visit at the brewery and you'll usually find that he's keen to talk with anyone willing to listen about the joys of craft beer.

With a passion for fresh produce and a green thumb, Daniel is the inspiration behind the Otway Estate vegie garden. His goal of creating the largest zucchini is still a work in progress.

Dan has worked across Australia and enjoys the challenges at Otway Estate. Originally a Colac boy he has returned home with his family.

Hamish started at Otway Estate in 2003 after completing his horticultural apprenticeship at Barongarook Nursery then later setting up his own gardening service. Hamish loves the great outdoors and has been dubbed "Crocodile Dundee". A man of many talents Hamish manages the vineyard and is also the brewers and winemakers assistant. Always one for a good story ... regardless of the truth in the matter.
